Program Overview:

The Keen On Klean Rewards Program is our way of saying thank you to project managers for their loyalty and partnership. The more you spend with us, the more you earn in cleaning service hours for future projects. And now, painting services earn you double the points!

How It Works:

• For every dollar spent on Keen On Klean’s services, project managers accumulate points that can be converted into hours of free services.

• Double points are earned on any painting services, making it even more rewarding to trust Keen On Klean for both cleaning and painting.

Earning Points:

Project managers earn points based on their spending:

• Spend $10,000 - $25,000: Earn 1 point for every dollar.

• Spend $25,001 - $50,000: Earn 1.25 points for every dollar.

• Spend $50,001 and above: Earn 1.5 points for every dollar.

• For Painting Services: Earn 2x points for every dollar spent, no matter the tier!

Converting Points to Hours:

• 2,000 Points = 1 Hour of Cleaning Services

(For example, spending $24,000 will earn 25,000 points, which can be redeemed for 12 hours of service.)

Bonus Points Opportunities:

• First Project Bonus: Earn an additional 10% points on your first project with Keen On Klean.

• Referral Bonus: Refer another project manager, and you’ll earn 5 hours of free services when they spend at least $10,000.

How to Redeem:

• Points can be redeemed at any time for cleaning or painting services on current or future projects.

• Simply notify your Keen On Klean representative when you’re ready to apply your earned service hours.

Tracking Your Rewards:

• Project managers will receive monthly statements showing how many points they’ve accumulated.

• Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

Terms & Conditions:

• Points are non-transferable between individuals.

• Points can only be redeemed for cleaning or painting services and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Example: Alex’s Rewards Journey with Painting Services

Project 1:

• Project Name: Office Building A Cleaning

• Total Spent: $15,000 (on cleaning services)

• Points Earned:

Since Alex spent $15,000, he earns 1 point per dollar:

15,000 points.

Project 2:

• Project Name: Healthcare Facility Renovation** (including painting services)

• Total Spent: $35,000 ($20,000 on cleaning and $15,000 on painting services)

• Points Earned:

For cleaning, Alex earns 1.25 points per dollar:

$20,000 x 1.25 = 25,000 points.

For painting, he earns double points (2 points per dollar):

$15,000 x 2 = 30,000 points.

Project 3:

• Project Name: Commercial Complex Final Cleaning

• Total Spent: $55,000 (on cleaning services)

• Points Earned:

Since Alex is in the highest tier, he earns 1.5 points per dollar:

55,000 x 1.5 = 82,500 points.

Total Points Accumulated:

• Project 1: 15,000 points

• Project 2 (cleaning): 25,000 points

• Project 2 (painting): 30,000 points

• Project 3: 82,500 points

Total: 152,500 points

Converting Points to Service Hours:

Since 1,000 points = 1 hour of cleaning or painting service, Alex has:

152,500 points ÷ 1,000 = 152.5 hours of free cleaning or painting services!

What Alex Can Do with His Rewards:

Alex can now redeem 152.5 hours of services, which he can use for cleaning or painting on future projects.

For example:

• He could use 70 hours for painting touch-ups on a new renovation.

• Use 50 hours for post-construction cleaning.

• Save the remaining hours for a future project.
